Desert Campout is an intimate weekend gathering under the stars in Desert Hot Springs, at an organic date farm with many mineral water hot tubs and pools!
LOCATION
Our incredible location is bubbling with magic, beautiful healthy date palm trees, and amenities you will enjoy including real water closets and a private shower. We have several private glamping tents sleeping 2-4 persons per tent with real mattresses, outfitted with fresh linens, electricity, and semi-private hot tubs and pools with fresh natural Desert Hot Springs mineral water. Other options including car camping, and RV parking (no hook-ups).
FOOD
Let’s talk food! We are offering special meal options from The Food Network’s “Iron Chef” contestant and world-renowned chef Myung Lee, who will make an incredible dinner menu each day, and a brunch option Sunday. Add-on meals for Myung Lee are available to order in advance of the event as “add-ons” to your event passes on our ticketing platform, Flicket. You will need to order one week in advance as she will prepare these dishes based pre-registered orders of the specific menu items offered. Additionally, we will have daily options available for purchase on an à la carte menu (offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals) throughout the day. Top it off with a sweet treat as we roast marshmallows by the pool during our mellow and soothing acoustic night performance. Korean authentic Kimchi, organic dates by the pound, as well as almond milk and jujube date shakes will be available.
SCHEDULE
Our schedule will be a special selection of live, electronic, and acoustic music, various yoga (Iyengar, Shakti Naam, Yin, Nidra, and more), meditation, kirtan, chanting and mantras, dance and movement, sound baths/bowls and chimes, and workshops woven together for everyone to have a bit of diversity and flavor, experiencing various genres throughout the weekend. There are plenty of outdoor spaces, pergolas, and tables and chairs hidden under the palm leaves to find solitude and peace throughout the property if you want alone time, too.
When we gather on special lands at community events, we cultivate a new awareness for ourselves, those around us, and also our planet. Desert Campout invites you to experience the closeness and intimacy of a weekend campout at a lovely organic date farm and hot spring haven on September 26-28, 2025.
